We have an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business, maintain existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory of residential and commercial accounts
  • Research customer’s security needs to develop a strategy to sell products and services while allowing for a maximum profit and sell via a “value proposition” rather than exclusively on price
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every customer to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services
  • Work with the Director of Sales and other Lowitt personnel to ensure great customer service from the initial consultation through system installation and beyond
  • Continually enhance selling skills and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales and follow-up activity within assigned territory through the use of a Sales Reporting tool

  • Prior sales or marketing experience
  • Excellence in developing strong customer relationships and loyalty
  • Confident and motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Candidates should have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Bachelor’s Degree
